Vietnam Operations

Robert S

I was at Chu Lai, VietNam. Made the original landing there. I was detached from 3rd Marine Division and was attached to 2nd Battalion 4th Marines. Was a Lieutenant at the time and provided logistic support as well as vehicles for motorized patrols. Finished as Captain myself. Major battles I was involved with were Operation Starlite and Harvest Moon.

We’d love to hear from you
